Crack Windows in Dog Mode at Low SOC

Description

When in Dog mode (keeping the HVAC on) and it is turned off due to low SOC below 20%, crack all the windows to provide additional ventilation and send a notification to your phone.

Although it has never happened, I worry that my dog might suffer if I have him in the car and the battery level drops below 20%, in which case dog mode HVAC stops.
