When sending an FSD video clip to Tesla, allow the recording of a short description of the issue, similar to Bug Reports.

When driving with FSD beta and encountering a problem one selects the camera icon to report the problem to Tesla with a video clip, but there is no way to provide any other feedback in real-time. When the camera icon is selected, have an option to allow a brief audio description of the issue, since the video alone may not be obvious to the issue.
