TuneIn Show New Episode in Favorites

Description

If in any podcast you have finished the most recent episode, and a new episode is available, that podcast should move to the front of your favorites list when viewing TuneIn/podcasts. Sorted by order of most recent, only showing a specific cast once, and not keeping it on the list past 2 weeks.

This first requires TuneIn remember what you have completed playback on for podcasts. It should at least remember your last 64 or 128 podcasts played and how far through.

Present solution: load all your podcasts with an external podcast app and use that to see what has a recent episode, then find that in the car or play it through a connected phone (incurring associated data cap charges, if any).
