Add an option to keep the rear parking lights on during daytime for more visibility.

While there is an option to turn on parking lights, it resets to auto every time the car starts up, which is off during the daytime.

I want to be seen more easily from behind without manually turning on parking lights every time I get into the car.

Here in Norway we are used to cars having rear lights on all the time. This greatly increases visibility even in the daytime.

Please give us an option to keep rear lights on all the time while driving, along with the front driving lights required by law here.

I have now seen the first M3 without rear lights on, when the conditions definitely would require it. This issue gets more relevant in the coming fall/winter season.

Coming from an Audi, where I was able to change the coding to enable rear lights to be on with front DRLs, I wish M3 had the same option.
