Add suspension selection option via steering wheel scroll wheel.

This is in an awkward to select screen on the display panel but is often something that needs to be selected when in inclement weather, avoiding deep puddles, or entering/exiting driveways. It would be ideal to have this as a dash panel option on the left or right, and controlled via the corresponding steering wheel control scroll knob for non-geotagged selection.
