Buffer Live Audio During Phone Calls

Description
When listening to live audio (radio, Bluetooth streaming, etc.) buffer up to 20 minutes of audio while a phone call is taking place. When the call is over, resume from where the audio was interrupted.

Buttons would allow to skip to the currently live audio, fast forward, and/or skip 30 seconds at a time similar to DVRs.
The 2014 Toyota Camry offers this feature.
