Offer Multiple App Sign-in with Different Access

Description

Currently to access your car(s) and Tesla energy data on your phone, there is only one sign-in. Allow multiple accounts with different access features, controlled from a master account.

Competitive/Pricing/Notes

I may want to provide limited car access to others via the app, but not have them track my own locations or remotely honk the horn, or buy Tesla features via the app.

Similarly, if you have Tesla solar or Powerwalls, you may wish someone to have access without providing access to the car.
