Prevent Backup Video hiding Homelink Menu

Description

On some occasions when backing up at home, the Homelink does not appear or is under the backup video.  Either ensure it is always on top or another position so that the backup video doesn’t hide the Homelink menu.

While you can close the backup camera view to access Homelink, you then need to go to Park/Reverse or several taps to get the backup video to reappear.  Not a huge problem, but a minor annoyance.
