When a riding bicyclist is riding near your vehicle, detect if opening the door might hit that bicyclist. Either restrict the door from opening or provide an alert.

Ideal warning sound would be the sound of an actual bicycle bell played loudly from the rear speaker on that side.
(NOT yet another "dong" sound, there's too many of those already so they are too easily disregarded)
