Left/right Navigation Instructions Option

Description

For the turn-by-turn navigation instructions, have an option that only calls out after X meters/yards, turn left or right rather than attempting to announce a street name of where to turn.

Competitive/Pricing/Notes

In countries that do not have Tesla language support, one basically needs to turn the nav voice off completely, because the street names (when pronounced phonetically English) are complete gibberish.
