When TuneIn podcast play in interrupted (selecting another audio source, or loss of cellular signal), have it resume 3-5 seconds before the interruption.

Resume from last position is standard in almost all podcast apps.

Intermittently this issue can also occur if the network signal is lost. On reconnecting the podcast restarts.
