Suspension Always High when Slow/Parked

Description

Offer an option to set the suspension on high when parked and at slow speeds, possibly with a speed threshold setting too.

We live in a small town, with 2-lane roads and parking lots with high curbs and generally uneven parking lots. I would love to be able to set the suspension to remain on the High setting when below 45mph. As-is, all I can figure out how to do is add a zillion location-aware suspension settings around town, basically my driveway plus every parking lot for every store.
