Description
When headed somewhere on a highway trip, say to a lake, the nav system should notify when the car is approaching The Point of No Return, the distance and energy to get back to where I came from.
If you typed in your destination it should be a simple add-on to the computer. It knows how much energy you’ve got left and should let me know that my destination requires a place to recharge, or other actions may be necessary, such as returning home.
Competitive/Pricing/Notes
A mix of navigation location status with energy usage, something only Tesla can provide. Does not seem like a difficult task, but not trivial either.

To add to this, would be nice to have a screen pop-up indicating next available several charging stations - including distance and directions to them.
I'm not a fan of Teslas mapping features - either in Nav or regular mode. I think the google maps are pathetically outdated and could be so much better with 3D and POI's built in. WAZE could be a good start, but there are even better mapping applications out there.
