Gray-Out Not Available Options

Description –

Any option that is not available should appear but be grayed out.

Some options are not visible all the time, such as Valet Mode, which is only visible when stopped. All options should be visible at all times but be grayed out when they are not available. This would eliminate needless searching through screens for options at such times when they are not applicable. All options should be treated this way for consistency.
