Ambient Lighting Brightness Control

Description

Offer a separate brightness control for ambient lighting brightness when turned off in Controls and vehicle is in parking mode.

Currently the brightness is connected with the display brightness when Ambient is on. When off, it changes to being off while driving, but full on when parked presumably to help with entry/exit.
