Present Door Handles on Park

Description

Not everyone finds it intuitive to press the handles to open the door. When waiting for passengers the handles will retract after a while. Pressing park while in park could present the handles again for those times picking up passengers unfamiliar with handle operation.

Should be a simple software change.
