TACC should recognize motorcycles that split lanes and not follow them.

This likely only impacts drivers in California, where motorcyclists can split lanes, but man it can be scary in stop-and-go traffic when a motorcycle buzzes by you and the Tesla starts following it, right into the back of the car in front of you!

Motorcycle recognition is improved with v9 software, but we don’t have any reports yet with v10 or if people consider it solved.
