TACC Speed Limit Shift

Description

Currently the TACC enters the speed change at (or short after) the speed limit sign. Especially when speed limit is reduced the speed should be within the limits when the car passes the sign.

It would also be great to have manual settings for number of feet in advance or past of a speed limit reduction, and number of feet before or after a speed limit increase, that the vehicle adjusts to the new speed.

Some more recent European cars implemented some of this.
