Superchargers In-Use Status

Description

When the car gets within five miles of a Supercharger (or tapping on the Supercharger icon on the map) shows the status such as many cars are connected, which stalls they reside, and how much time each has to go to reach the charge setting. This could be done in-car and in the phone app.

Status

Mostly implemented. Shows if a Supercharger is non-functional, the number of stalls available, charging capabilities, and if all stalls are in use, a rough estimate of the wait time.
