Have the option to leave air recirculation forced on, even in Auto mode.

I live in the city and use many underground tunnels. The air recirculate turns itself off for no apparent reason at random times. It would be great if it could be “locked” so the car doesn’t change it. I have asthma and choking down the smog at random is no fun.
