Park Slightly Rolls Down Windows

Have option to roll down the window slightly when you go into Park.

When the car is put into Park and a person is detected in the driver/passenger seat, slightly roll down driver/passenger window. If (door state changes to closed and no person is detected in the seat) or (door state IS closed and no person is detected in the seat) or the car is put into Reverse or Drive, then raise the windows back up.

This may prevent damage to seal/window by misuse of the emergency door handle.

Moderator: This might be a problem if raining outside. Not sure there is that much risk to the seal/Window to make this change either, but others can chime in.
