The current browser is lame. It really is almost useless.
Status
A new Chrome-based browser was added with v10 software in late 2020. Significant further improvement occurs moving from MCU1 to MCU2 or later. Still not a speed demon, but better. Flash will never be supported, as it’s been discontinued by Adobe at the end of 2020.

The current browser (2020) is really crap. Incredibly slow, won't display Flash and other enhancements for streaming, etc. The browser acts like the very first original version of Internet explorer.
I have had some increase in speed by connecting the car to my personal hotspot, which has higher speed and better connectivity than the AT&T connected system in the car.

Chrome or even Firefox(since it is open source.)
