Remove Fulltime Speed Limit Warning

A yellow warning triangle appears on the display when you have a speed limit set, starting with 2021.36 software.

The latest software update has added an annoying, constant warning if you have a speed limit set  If this just appeared for a minute when first starting or when close to the set speed, that would be ok.

I like having the limit set but don’t like that yellow warning triangle staring at me all the time.  Perhaps a yellow or red bar at the set speed within the speedometer dial would be better.
