Description

Often, in the iPhone version of the remote app, it does not display the car temperature until you turn the climate on. I’d like the app to always display the car temperature like the Android app.

Moderator: This is more of a bug than a feature since we believe it works fine on Android phones, but we’ve left it in for now.

Status

It has been fixed at some point.  Confirmed working in 2021.

It works intermittently on iPhone and iPad apps. Seems like a bug to me.

This feature is already present in the Android version of the Tesla app but not on the IOS version on my iPad.

At issue seems to be that the API call to get the climate information from the car does not always contain the car temperatures in the response.    If it did, the remote apps would work properly...
