When exiting the car and closing the door, allow a longer time before shutting the car down.

When I exit, then 3 seconds later when I open the back door to get my coat or briefcase the car comes back to life. Then I close the back door 3 seconds later and the car turns off again. That can’t be good (unnecessary wear and tear on the relays and such).

Moderator: No significant wear and tear and it helps slightly to increase range by shutting down the car quickly.
