Parental Controls for New/Learning Drivers

Description

Add the ability for the primary owner to set restrictions for a specific driver, like speed limiting, notifications if the car leaves a specified area at specified times (ie, the school while class is in session) or goes outside of a specified range. Preventing the car from starting at certain times or with passengers in the car.

Competitive/Pricing/Notes

New drivers, such as kids who have a learners permit or have a restricted driving license will have limitations by law, or addition restrictions by parents. Control and notification of the vehicles operation would be very helpful.
