Owner Defined Charging Levels

Since I suspect most owners charge to one level on a daily basis and another in preparation for a trip, allow those to be presets that can be defined and then selected quickly and easily similar to how home and work are set in the navigation system.

The sliders in both the car and the app can be a little fussy to use and often overshoot the desired setting.  This option would eliminate that problem most of the time through use of the presets.
