Full Screen Map Option

Description

Offer the option, on vehicles with a single display, to show the map on the entire screen while driving, perhaps with a very small info screen that has only the Speedometer.

I would love to be able to make the navigation map full screen while I am driving.  I don’t need to see the icons of my car and surrounding cars most of the time.
