Minimize FSD Lane Changes

Offer the option to keep the Minimize FSD Lane Changes feature on all the time.

The autopilot menu has a toggle to tell the vehicle to minimize traffic-aware lane changes.  This toggle resets after every trip.  This is a feature control that I want on all the time once I select it.  Auto reset doesn’t improve autopilot or safety.
