Autopilot Improved Lane Position on Curves

37

Description

Maintain the center of the lane better when in curves, and perhaps even shift more to the side without a lane (if no barriers).

Competitive/Pricing/Notes

When driving through a curve, in addition to slowing before the curve and accelerating through the curve, autopilot should drive closer to the inside edge of the lane. Currently, the car tends to stray towards the outside edge of the curve. This is particularly disconcerting in right-hand curves where there is a barrier or oncoming traffic.

To be clear, the car should stay away from the centerline to protect against on coming cars drifting over the centerline.
