Make it easy to edit and set the order of favorite lists.

User lists such as Slacker/TuneIn favorites and Internet browser URLs are created sequentially with no provision for editing. It would be useful to provide a list editor function that allows renaming, reordering, and possibly folders.

Currently, if you have an item you would like near the top of the list, you have to rebuild the list in the desired order.
