Climate Choices upon Park

Description

When the park button is pushed twice (to unlock doors and trunks), pop up the climate options (e.g., Dog mode) and option to turn on Sentry, etc.

Sentry mode gets an update in 2019.16 that allows it to always be on except for select areas and also gets a single touch icon.
