In vehicles with front and rear fans, offer independent speed controls for each fan.

From the HVAC control panel, you can increase the intensity of the fans, but there is no way to independently control the intensity of the fans for the rear seats.

The mid-2021 Model X is likely to have a variable rear fan control with the backseat touchscreen.
