Cold Battery Warming Data when Charging

While charging, show the amount of power going into heating the battery while charging.

Currently, when charging in cold weather, the charging screen shows the power going into the battery, but does not show the power going into heating the battery. In very cold weather, the power going into the battery can be at or near zero. It can be interpreted that the charger is not working properly.

At a minimum, a person should know that the battery is being warmed up to be able to charge faster and to wait for 5-10 minutes or whatever for charging to achieve a normal speed.
