Autopark When Only One Car is Aside

Allow Autopark to park when only one car is aside from the space. Currently, it requires a spot with two cars on each side.

Obviously needed.  You could say that the inability to park except when there is a car on both sides of the space is a bug.  It certainly limits the usefulness of autopark.
