Provide an audio signal to alert the driver that the space is suitable for auto-parking. Once the driver hears the audio signal the driver can look for the “P” on the dashboard to confirm the autopark is ready to go.

Agree. A simple 'ding' would suffice to alert the driver that a suitable parkingspot has been identified. The implementation of this feature would allow the driver to focus his/hers attention outside the car, rather than inside looking at a display.
