Description
Allow Service Centers to access the customer’s “bug reports”. Currently, they are only sent to engineering.

This may allow the service center to track and troubleshoot some issues.
Status
As of 2020, and likely sometime earlier, the service can access the bug report log. I’m not sure they can access the audio portion, but that’s not all that important when resolving a problem when you explain it to the service advisor.
