Allow Closing Passenger or Driver Vent

Description

On vehicles with electronic vents (S/X/3/Y made in 2021+), have the means to turn off the vent on each side.

Passenger vents turn on as soon as a passenger is detected (or when you place a bag on the seat…). But you can’t turn it off while keeping the driver fan on. You also can’t turn off the driver vent and leave the passenger on.

It would be very nice to be able to control independently both sides and turn fully off any side.

Some passengers, like my mother, can’t stand to have any ventilation, and there is no solution like closing the vent, which almost any car allows. We have two solutions, or she sits in the back, or we turn all the vents off.
