It’s cool that the vents do not start in the passenger seat and the back seat if no one seats there, but what about turning it off automatically when a passenger leaves?

I drive my daughter to the kindergarten a mile away from home, and then drive 40 miles to work. The air conditioner starts when she enters the car and then keeps running for the remaining unnecessary 97% of the time.
