Notifications for Critical Warnings

Description
Currently the phone app has notifications for charging problems. This could be extended for issues like the battery or vehicle overheating. A plus would honk the horn if the car is stationary and unoccupied in such events.

No critical warnings
when the road is slippery 'only instant small alert'
same when the power of the car is low due for example to a low battery (it happened to me once while overtaking a car !)
