Plex allows the owner to stream TV or videos and listen to music using your home computer/server.  Plex allows the owner to stream any owned videos, music & TV via streaming.  It also enables the owner to watch live TV and record TV on your home computer/server to be streamed later just like a DVR.

With Plex, when I’m charging, I could catch up on the latest Yellowstone or whatever it is you choose to record from live TV or watch a movie stored on your computer from home or via the many free Plex movies and TV series.
