Raise Suspension for Obstructions

Description

Have the car automatically raise the suspension when it looks ahead and detects an obstruction such as a steep driveway incline or bumps in the road. This is different from the pre-programmed raise of suspension based on GPS location.

Moderator: While not possible with the current design as the suspension change is too slow to react unless going very slow, but possible with an alternative fast acting suspension design. Mercedes Benz has the feature called “Magic Body Control” that is a $4500 option on some models.
