Horns come in all types, from electronic with built-in PA systems, vintage, and musical air horns. You should check with Tesla Motors to verify the horn circuit will not be overloaded by your proposed add-on horn.

How do I get the horn to operate from the center hub?
Currently, the only way is to replace the steering wheel with a third-party wheel that has a center horn button. The question then becomes – does the airbag still work (which is in the center)? Generally we have to live with the right side horn button. Some owners stick a clear plastic bumper on top of the horn button to make it easy to touch by feel.
