While many are happy with the lack of stalks, some prefer having turn signals and Park/Drive stalks. Parts from a Model 3 can add back these stalks, but it also requires some additional hardware to convert the stalk CAN bus signals to the CAN bus commands.
There used to be design details on Github, but that was removed in May-2023. There is a thread Work in progress: stalks on 2021 Model S on TMC that may be helpful.
